“Clean, warm, close to variety of shops and a 5 min walk to the mall. Staff are friendly and you can check in a bit early too which is good! Only downfall for me is no onsite parking. Parking would have to be Marion street car park and a slight walk uphill other than that excellent accommodation! ”

“Unfortunately our stay was not the best. Upon arrival into the room we immediately found an iron stain on one of the bedside tables. My sister dropped something and when she picked it up found dog food under the bed. The bathroom sink leaked to the point multiple towels were needed just so we did not slip and even though i booked a room for 4 people, 2 twin beds we got 1 single blanket. It was well after reception closed when we realised so we had no choice but to deal with it. Staff were...
